Geographical Area in which I am willing to speak: Inland Empire

Jack is a member of the Riverside Breakfast Toastmasters Club and has been a Toastmaster for forty-five years. He has held every officer position at the club level and has been an Area Governor in Founders District. He has been Club President seven times. He has achieved the rank of Distinguished Toastmaster and is a Qualified Speaker for the Inland Empire Speakers Bureau.

Jack has had two articles published in the Toastmaster magazine and has been a presenter at the Region II Conference. He is the co-author of the Team Process Improvement Workbook and has conducted many seminars on process improvement.

Several years ago Jack retired from his role as President and Chief Operating Officer of Trompeter Electronics. Prior to that he served as the Group President for Microdot Aerospace Fastening Systems. During his career he held leadership positions with Microdot, Winnebago Industries and several other companies domestically and in Europe.

Jack has also held leadership roles in many volunteer organizations including Boy Scouts of America, YMCA, MS Society and in his church.

Currently he is the President of Small Company Success where he works with the leadership of companies seeking success in today’s competitive environment.
